IndigoPerl is a binary build of Perl, Apache and PHP for Windows. IndigoPerl includes an integrated Apache web server. It can be used for developing and running Perl scripts and web applications. A browser based GUI Package Manager for installing Perl modules is included. IndigoPerl is free.
